Richard Hawkins, aka Chardhawk, is both a painter and a musician and in a way he seems to me to bring these two art forms together with a third one which is sculpture. Indeed both his music and his paintings appear to my eyes and ears to be carved out of improbable materials: thin air, water, fire, earth and you could probably add time and love to it all.
So, to cut a long story short I was indeed very pleased when he told me he liked the lyrics I'd written for his instrumental track "Hollow" and I hope you will too. Be sure to like, share and - above all - comment if you do.
The cover art is one of Richard's works entitled "Los Alamos - As The Crow Flies". You can find his gallery, containing lots more, at: http://www.pbase.com/chardhawk/ard_hawkins_gallery

Lure me in the fire,
Getting higher, through the door,
See them all: the parts of you,
Breaking and building anew,
Same game on and on again...
See them, the parts of you,
Hollowed right through and insane...
