9. Danny Stubbs - Lost in me - Thomas Lemmer Chillout Remix [Preview]

Danny Stubbs - Lost in me - Thomas Lemmer Chillout Remix [Preview]

Our 3rd release is something beautiful, ethereal and powerful. The Original mix combines the use of clever vocal stabs, swirling atmospheric vocal effects and a wide pulsating bass. A gorgeously haunting piano arpeggio floats through the track from start to finish creating a feeling of happiness when it plays on its own, but when the bass first impacts it transforms the track completely. Mike Saint-Jules provides a warm, powerful peak time remix full of different melodies and massive builds. His chord stabs and complex drums cater for everything needed for a massive club anthem. His track 'Moonlight' feat. Sandel really stood out to us and was a must have for the label. 'Junction 16' aka SeeNaY & Kev Atkinson take their remix to a whole new progressive trance dimension - Plenty of space, a tight & rolling bass line, clever melody stabs... All pave the way to the breakdown that just takes your breath away, almost hypnotising you. 'The OtherZ' aka Lee Jordan & Shaun Myatt go deep with their mix with long anticipating builds, lots of percussion and atmosphere teasing you before finally dropping into a low dancefloor shaking bass groove. A powerful kick drum and vocal FX add to a well rounded remix. Thomas Lemmer just nails it every time, his Chill out remixes never fail to impress. He takes the piano melody and centres it around an intensely beautiful chord sequence, making it completely his own. Almost making you feel like your senses have heightened and your body has slowed down while the world is moving at such a fast pace around you. 12. Danny Stubbs - They Walk Among Us (Thomas Datt Remix) preview

Danny Stubbs - They Walk Among Us (Thomas Datt Remix) preview

Following on from our launch release 'Orion' We bring to you our second release - They Walk Among Us The Original Mix is a deep, driving, progressive monster that is balanced out by the uplifting chord/string progression in the breakdown. At times the track fills you with sadness & provokes thought and emotion, but at the same time maintaining a strong and solid foundation that will shake any dancefloor. Thomas Datt provides a beast of a remix that builds with a massive amount of tension, something that he can achieve with great skill. Starting with clear and pounding drums and an amazing bass groove, then suddenly dropping to the first introduction with swirling gated vocal effects and a filtering acid line. A well timed key change leads us professionally into the breakdown where the sadness of the vocals and haunting arpeggio make way for the final payoff - The main lead which completely tears into your soul - You really have to hear this to understand. Eyes closed, arms in the air and let this release take hold of your imagination. Available Exclusively to Beatport June 3rd.
